Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Board account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the hardware for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
